The Purpose

carreThis training program has been designed to help individuals manage the transitions that are created by the changes they are facing in their organizations.   The change does not necessarily have to be negative.  Individuals are sometimes at a loss to understand why they react with a feeling of loss to positive changes such as promotion, a new job or the much-longed for retirement.  It is intended to help people understand the process they are going through, and to develop action plans that will enable them to enhance their ability to successfully grow through these times of rapid and significant change.

.The Delivery Format

carreThe Individual Transition Short Program can be given in-house in French or in English when time pressures prevent the holding of the two-day long program. It will be tailored specifically to the organization's needs and lasts for one day.  It is particularly suitable for individuals or groups who are about to go through a major change, and can be usefully followed up by individual coaching sessions as the individuals go through the three phases of the transition.  It can also be useful when a change needs to be brought back on track.
