We integrate the five disciplines in the full-scale change process influenced by Checkland : Systems Intervention Strategy (SIS - Stratégie d'Intervention sur les Systèmes). In SIS we facilitate client participation to move from a completely unstructured problem situation to a situation in which viable options can be modeled and comprehensively evaluated before successful implementation. To our knowledge we are the only consulting company in France using SIS in French and English. With SIS we have helped clients in France ranging from a Non-Governmental Organisation clarifying its mission and internal decision-making processes to international companies engaged in an emergent strategy process. Peter Senge in his book "The Learning Organization" quotes William O'Brien the former CEO of Hanover Insurance as saying : " The greatest unexplored territory in the world is the space between our ears. ...
